Advantage® for Metal Roofs and Cut-edge-Corrosion
The industrial metal roof system that instantly stops corrosion, waterproofing virtually any metal and corroded roof in one, single application.
Advantage® for Metal Roofs is a single-component, solvent free metal roof coating system with the addition of wonder material, graphene creating a virtually impenetrable, exceptional corrosion beating performance. With the use of Advantage® for Cut-Edge-Corrosion to problem areas, the combined use of systems can keep roofs protected for years to come.
100% solids there is no shrinkage once applied, meaning there is the same finish once cured as at application. There is also no waste of the product meaning less product needed making it a more cost effective option for building owners.
With its’ one coat application cost of contractors and machinery usage/hire is minimised. As well as less tins required therefore less trafficking on the roof.
Damp tolerant on application gives a longer seasonal and weather window, meaning less risk of projects overrunning, so less disturbance to your building occupants and risk of charges increasing.

Advantage® for Gutters
A single component, solvent free, Gutter coating system using a moisture cured hybrid coating with added fibres that can be used throughout the year.
It is damp tolerant during application and can be easily recoated. It provides excellent UV and mechanical protection while working with the thermal movement required from temperature changes that are experienced throughout the year.
Extra protection provided at the seams and around the fixings of the gutter – where leaks usually start. Once treated early enough you can minimise greater leak problems arising to the roof and the rest of the building.
Damp tolerant, meaning your applicators can get the job done throughout the year. Minimising delays and further building dilapidation. If there is any condensation or any water residue, it simply needs to wipe away, providing a greater degree of flexibility, and allowing projects to be completed more efficiently.
Added microfibres, providing extra strength and more body to get the correct thickness in one coat on the vertical sides of the gutter – less product less time needed.
