WHAT IS INDUSTRIAL SPRAY PAINTING?
If you need to protect, refurbish or refresh industrial assets in Dorset, industrial spray painting is the most effective and economical solution. Spray-applied coatings cover large, complex surfaces quickly and evenly, giving steelwork, cladding, machinery and plant a tough, uniform, factory-quality finish that resists corrosion, chemicals and wear for years.
Our Dorset industrial spray painting service uses manufacturer-approved systems from names such as Tor, AkzoNobel, Zinsser and Rustoleum, applied by experienced in-house teams. Whether you are coating a single production line or repainting an entire distribution centre, we specify the correct system, prepare every surface to standard and programme the works around your operation to minimise downtime.

WHY INDUSTRIAL PAINT SPRAYING IS ESSENTIAL in
Protects Surfaces from Corrosion & Wear
On any Dorset industrial site, unprotected metal corrodes and equipment degrades. Our high-build industrial coatings seal the substrate against water, chemicals and abrasion, protecting critical assets and preventing the expensive failures that corrosion causes.
Improves Safety & Compliance
A well-coated industrial site is a safer, more compliant one. In Dorset we apply slip-resistant flooring, intumescent fire protection, hygienic wall systems and high-visibility markings that help you meet your HSE and insurance obligations.
Extends Asset Lifespan
Industrial assets in Dorset last far longer when they are properly coated. A correctly specified system can extend the working life of steelwork, cladding and machinery by 15 to 25 years, deferring expensive replacement and protecting your capital budget.
Enhances Professional Appearance
Tired, faded or mismatched paintwork sends the wrong message to clients, tenants and inspectors. A factory-quality industrial spray painting finish across your Dorset premises restores corporate colours, sharpens brand presentation and instantly improves how staff, visitors and prospective customers perceive the site.
Cost-Effective Refurbishment
Spray-applied coatings cover large areas quickly, with minimal masking and dramatically less downtime than traditional brush-and-roller methods. That speed translates directly into lower labour costs and shorter shutdowns, making industrial spray painting in Dorset one of the most cost-effective ways to refurbish a commercial or industrial property.

Our projects

Sky London Campus
Sky – Sky 2 / Sky 4
Colorkote has successfully completed a number of large scale spraying and painting projects for Sky within their London Campus. Due to the construction of the new Flagship Sky Central office complex including studios, a number of existing buildings were looking tired and due to the high profile visitors that Sky attracts they wanted these buildings re-coated and brought up to date.

London
Residential Blocks
This group of 10 blocks of flats are undergoing full window replacement. The surrounding wooden fascia, soffits and shiplap boarding required full decoration to match the new wooden windows. All the 105 flats are occupied, meaning all works had to be carefully programmed to cause minimal disruption to the residents. All works were completed using fixed scaffolding supplied by the main contractor.

London
Waste Recycling Plant
The site was a blight on the landscape being a very large building of bright colour. The client wished to tone down the building to blend in with the local landscape. A 10 yr warranty was requested on the completed work, and the building required very specialist high-level access, especially for the chimneys. Additionally the site needed to remain fully operational with hundreds of lorry deliveries daily.
