This group of 10 blocks of flats are undergoing full window replacement. The surrounding wooden fascia, soffits and shiplap boarding required full decoration to match the new wooden windows.
All the 105 flats are occupied, meaning all works had to be carefully programmed to cause minimal disruption to the residents. All works were completed using fixed scaffolding supplied by the main contractor.
ColorKote thoroughly cleaned down, repaired and prepared any damaged wooden sections and applied two coats of Sadolins Extra Woodstain.
We worked alongside other contractors, moving from block to block over a course of three months, with blocks being signed off as completed. This project is due to complete in October 2015.
