WHAT IS INDUSTRIAL SPRAY PAINTING?
Industrial spray painting transforms how Hampshire businesses maintain and protect their assets. Rather than slow, disruptive brush-and-roller decorating, our Hampshire team spray-applies high-performance coatings to steelwork, cladding, machinery, pipework and large interiors, delivering a smooth, hard-wearing, factory-quality finish across the largest and most complex surfaces in a fraction of the time.
At Colorkote, every Hampshire industrial spray painting project is delivered by experienced in-house operatives using manufacturer-approved two-pack epoxy, polyurethane and elastomeric systems. We prepare each surface to specification, apply the right coating for the environment and work in shifts to keep your operation running, protecting your assets and cutting long-term maintenance costs in the process.

WHY INDUSTRIAL PAINT SPRAYING IS ESSENTIAL in
Protects Surfaces from Corrosion & Wear
Steelwork, cladding and plant in Hampshire face a daily assault from damp, chemicals and physical wear. Spray-applied industrial coatings create a tough, continuous barrier that locks out moisture, prevents rust and dramatically slows down wear and tear.
Improves Safety & Compliance
Faded line markings, slippery floors and degraded coatings can fall foul of HSE expectations. Our industrial spray painting services in Hampshire include slip-resistant floor coatings, intumescent fire protection, hygienic wall systems and high-visibility safety colours, all applied to current British Standards and manufacturer specifications.
Extends Asset Lifespan
Industrial assets in Hampshire last far longer when they are properly coated. A correctly specified system can extend the working life of steelwork, cladding and machinery by 15 to 25 years, deferring expensive replacement and protecting your capital budget.
Enhances Professional Appearance
Faded, patchy paintwork makes any Hampshire site look neglected. A uniform, factory-grade industrial spray finish lifts the whole property, refreshes your corporate identity and improves the impression you make on everyone who visits.
Cost-Effective Refurbishment
Spray-applied coatings cover large areas quickly, with minimal masking and dramatically less downtime than traditional brush-and-roller methods. That speed translates directly into lower labour costs and shorter shutdowns, making industrial spray painting in Hampshire one of the most cost-effective ways to refurbish a commercial or industrial property.

Our projects

Sky London Campus
Sky – Sky 2 / Sky 4
Colorkote has successfully completed a number of large scale spraying and painting projects for Sky within their London Campus. Due to the construction of the new Flagship Sky Central office complex including studios, a number of existing buildings were looking tired and due to the high profile visitors that Sky attracts they wanted these buildings re-coated and brought up to date.

London
Residential Blocks
This group of 10 blocks of flats are undergoing full window replacement. The surrounding wooden fascia, soffits and shiplap boarding required full decoration to match the new wooden windows. All the 105 flats are occupied, meaning all works had to be carefully programmed to cause minimal disruption to the residents. All works were completed using fixed scaffolding supplied by the main contractor.

London
Waste Recycling Plant
The site was a blight on the landscape being a very large building of bright colour. The client wished to tone down the building to blend in with the local landscape. A 10 yr warranty was requested on the completed work, and the building required very specialist high-level access, especially for the chimneys. Additionally the site needed to remain fully operational with hundreds of lorry deliveries daily.
