All the 105 flats are occupied, meaning all works had to be carefully programmed to cause minimal disruption to the residents. All works were completed using fixed scaffolding supplied by the main contractor.

The site was a blight on the landscape being a very large building of bright colour. The client wished to tone down the building to blend in with the local landscape.
