WHAT IS INDUSTRIAL SPRAY PAINTING?
Industrial spray painting in Winchester is the application of specialist protective coatings to industrial and commercial assets using professional spray equipment. From structural steelwork and metal cladding to plant rooms, ducting, pipework and machinery, our Winchester team can coat almost any industrial surface to a durable, even, factory-grade standard, quickly and with minimal disruption.
Colorkote combine two decades of experience with manufacturer-approved coating systems and skilled in-house operatives. We prepare every substrate correctly, apply high-adhesion, fast-curing coatings and back the work with manufacturer warranties. Our industrial spray painting service helps Winchester businesses protect their assets, reduce maintenance, improve safety and keep their sites looking professional.

WHY INDUSTRIAL PAINT SPRAYING IS ESSENTIAL in
Protects Surfaces from Corrosion & Wear
Industrial environments expose steelwork, cladding and machinery in Winchester to moisture, chemicals, abrasion and constant temperature swings. A correctly specified industrial spray paint system seals the substrate, blocks rust formation and shields critical assets from the kind of wear that leads to expensive failure and unplanned downtime.
Improves Safety & Compliance
Degraded coatings and worn markings can quickly become compliance failures. Our Winchester industrial spray painting includes anti-slip, fire-rated, hygienic and high-visibility systems applied to manufacturer and British Standard specifications.
Extends Asset Lifespan
Every year you extend the life of an asset is money saved. Our industrial spray painting systems in Winchester add up to 25 years of additional service life to existing structures and plant, avoiding the cost and disruption of replacement.
Enhances Professional Appearance
Faded, patchy paintwork makes any Winchester site look neglected. A uniform, factory-grade industrial spray finish lifts the whole property, refreshes your corporate identity and improves the impression you make on everyone who visits.
Cost-Effective Refurbishment
Industrial spray painting is fast. Our Winchester team can coat in hours what would take days by brush or roller, cutting labour costs and shutdown time and making spray refurbishment one of the most economical ways to renew an industrial site.

OUR INDUSTRIAL SPRAY PAINTING PROCESS
Step 1: Initial Consultation & Site Survey
A senior estimator visits your Winchester site to inspect substrates, take measurements, identify coating defects and discuss your operational requirements before specifying the right industrial spray painting system.
Step 2: Surface Preparation
Preparation is what makes a coating last. On every Winchester job we pressure wash, treat, abrade, remove rust and prime each substrate to manufacturer specification before application begins.
Step 3: Industrial Paint Spraying Application
Our Winchester team spray-applies the specified industrial coating system in carefully sequenced coats, building up the correct dry film thickness while protecting adjacent surfaces and keeping your operation running.
Step 4: Quality Checks & Final Handover
A supervisor checks film thickness, finish and colour across the completed Winchester works, then hands over a full warranty pack and a clean, operational site.
Our projects

Sky London Campus
Sky – Sky 2 / Sky 4
Colorkote has successfully completed a number of large scale spraying and painting projects for Sky within their London Campus. Due to the construction of the new Flagship Sky Central office complex including studios, a number of existing buildings were looking tired and due to the high profile visitors that Sky attracts they wanted these buildings re-coated and brought up to date.

London
Residential Blocks
This group of 10 blocks of flats are undergoing full window replacement. The surrounding wooden fascia, soffits and shiplap boarding required full decoration to match the new wooden windows. All the 105 flats are occupied, meaning all works had to be carefully programmed to cause minimal disruption to the residents. All works were completed using fixed scaffolding supplied by the main contractor.

London
Waste Recycling Plant
The site was a blight on the landscape being a very large building of bright colour. The client wished to tone down the building to blend in with the local landscape. A 10 yr warranty was requested on the completed work, and the building required very specialist high-level access, especially for the chimneys. Additionally the site needed to remain fully operational with hundreds of lorry deliveries daily.
